EA to MD / Director & Admin Head (Lodha Supremus - New Cuffee Parade, Wadala East, Mumbai 37)
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments for the Managing Director & Executive Director.
- Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and form.
- Administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office.
- You will be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce.
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.
- Making travel arrangements for the Directors
- Managing credit card expenses for the Directors
- Document expenses and hand in reports.
- Taking care of any other ad-hoc requirements the Directors may have from time to time.
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Secretary / Executive Assistant to the MD/CEO
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Integrity and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Critical Requirement
- Minimum Graduation Required

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
