§ This candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO, including diary management & executive administrative assistance.

Internship Founder’s Office / Executive Assistant to the CEO.
Understanding The Role:
§ Managing the CEO’s LinkedIn, Emails, Calendar, Meetings, Laptop & other personal stuff.
§ Noting minutes of the meeting during calls, client meets or internal discussions.
§ Interacting & setting up appointments / meetings for the CEO with potential customers, vendors or candidates.
§ Creating & maintaining a relationship with the customer through emailers & phone calls.
§ Interview for confidential roles, help in office activities & be a gatekeeper for the CEO.
§ Be involved in HR activities, interact with employees & understand the pulse of the organization.
§ This is a multi-functional role in an ITeS Services company with customers from the US & Europe.
Non-negotiable Skills:
§ Creative candidate from diverse background, Expats students (preferably from Europe or USA), who understand global culture & knows how to talk with Western customers.
§ Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field
§ Smart, intelligent, presentable candidate with excellent communication skills including e-mail writing skills, impeccable grammar, presentation, persuasion & negotiation skills required for interacting with global customers & the ability to communicate effectively & remain calm & courteous under pressure.
§ Excellent research skills on Google, LinkedIn & other similar channels. Should be able to organize a data base of potential customer’s contacts with their updated profile for effective communication.
§ Trainable & eager to learn.
§ Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software, most importantly advanced Excel skills.
Future Skills That The Candidate Will Have To Develop During The Internship Period:
§ Become an expert in using LinkedIn Navigator.
§ Be an expert in market research, Google research and data analysis.
§ Prove their ability in business development by making engaging conversations over the phone & email as needed and understanding how to qualify prospects.
§ Be the Subject Matter Expert on our services. (Training would be provided).
§ Promote a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals & key deliverables.
§ Proven ability to perform successfully given low oversight. Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member.
§ Drive, Grit, Hustle & a strong desire to compete & win while bringing new ideas into the company.
§ Confidence to visit conferences & exhibitions world-wide.
Job Timings:
Full Time Monday to Friday + 2nd & 4th Saturdays.
Usually – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM but would be needed to accompany for meetings or attend US calls from home as necessary.
Timings could sometimes change as per the CEO's meetings & schedule.
Internship Stipend:
Rs 15,000/- per month for 3 months.
Salary once onboarded:
Starting from Rs 25,000/- to Rs 35,000/- depending on performance & learning skills. High long-term growth for the right candidate.
The training required would be extensive so kindly apply only if you can see a future in this role. Long term candidates who understand hustle preferred.
