Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Role: EA to Founder :-
Role Summary We’re looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy Executive Assistant to support the Founders in managing daily priorities, communications, meetings, and logistics. This is an execution-focused role ideal for someone looking to learn the ropes of high-level business operations in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities :-
Calendar & Meeting Coordination:-
- Manage and schedule meetings, calls, and appointments for the Founder.
- Send reminders, ensure meeting materials are prepared, and track follow-ups.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners for scheduling and rescheduling Communication Support :-
- Draft or format emails, messages, or updates on behalf of the Founder .
- Screen and prioritize emails and messages; manage responses where appropriate .
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all communications Travel & Logistics
Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings (flights, hotels, transport) and arrange for visa, forex and other requirements :-
- Prepare detailed itineraries and manage calendar adjustments during travel.
- Support travel expense filing and documentation Administrative Support :-
- Maintain documents, records, and trackers relevant to the Founder’s work
Assist in preparation of decks, reports, meeting notes, and presentations :-
- Help with personal errands or ad hoc admin tasks (as required) Event & Meeting Support.
Support logistics for team events, founder meetings, investor calls, and leadership catch-ups :-
- Set up Zoom/Meet links, arrange rooms or venues, and manage tech readiness .
- Take meeting minutes and ensure key action items are documented.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
