Job Overview:
We are seeking a smart, well-organized and proactive Female Executive Assistant to support top-level management. The ideal candidate should be proficient in coordination, follow-ups, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
- Schedule and coordinate weekly and monthly meetings
- Follow up on meeting actions and tasks regularly
- Manage emails, appointments, travel bookings, and other administrative tasks
- Connect and maintain relationships with clients on behalf of the management
- Prepare reports and presentations as required Daily Plan:
- Review schedule, emails, and action points
- Follow up with departments on pending items
- Coordination calls/emails with clients
- Lunch break
- Prepare documentation/reports
- Assist in meeting preparations
- Join or schedule team/client meetings
- Final review and send end-of-day reports
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
