Job Description:
We are looking for a smart, professional, and proactive Executive Assistant (Female) to support senior management at a reputed Leasing & Consultant firm located in DCM, Ajmer Road, Jaipur.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling executive-level tasks including scheduling, documentation, communication, and coordination with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior executives
- Handle incoming communications such as emails and calls on behalf of management
- Draft and prepare official correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate between internal departments and external clients
- Organize and maintain confidential records and documentation
- Assist with travel arrangements, bookings, and event coordination
- Track deadlines, follow-ups, and ensure timely execution of tasks
Candidate Requirements:
- Gender: Female only
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Candidates from Jaipur or nearby areas preferred
- Experience in real estate, leasing, or consultancy will be an added advantage
