Job Description :
- Manage and prioritize the Dean's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments and events.
- Prepare, edit and proofread correspondence, reports and presentations on behalf of the Dean.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Organize and maintain files, records and documentation related to the Dean's activities.
- Assist in the coordination of special projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the Faculty's goals and objectives.
- Implement and maintain efficient office systems and procedures to enhance productivity and streamline operations. orts and data analyses as required processes.
Key Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and familiarity with academic management systems or databases used by this institution.
