Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including venue booking, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
- Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of the executive.
- Track and follow up on action items and deadlines.
- Support project management and research tasks as assigned
- Creation and development of reports for senior management team
- Ensuring Project Managers and Delivery Managers follow timely and accurate reporting on the weekly projects’ dashboard, for those projects that fit the criteria
- Review and rebuild the project management induction pack for new starters
Qualifications
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- • Graduate in any stream with 1-3 Years of experience
- • Experience using various Project Management and calendar management tools (MS365)
- • Should have experience between 1-3 years working as EA/PMO.
- • O365 suite, in particular, Excel, Power BI and SharePoint
- • Highly motivated
- • Outstanding 'people' skills
- • Have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
