Job Description:
We are looking for a competent and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior management at a reputed Refractory Manufacturing company located at Manjeera Road, Serlingampally, Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Serve as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Organize and prioritize tasks to support business operations
- Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Maintain records, databases, and filing systems accurately
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
