Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, 3–4 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Kannada to assist in regional communications and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, meetings, and communications.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Draft, proofread, and translate documents, emails, and reports in Kannada and English.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Follow up on action items discussed in meetings and ensure timely execution.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, especially in Kannada-speaking regions.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
- Assist in managing key projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO.
- Maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Excellent command of both English and Kannada (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
