We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leadership by managing administrative tasks and overseeing accounting functions for an reputed educational institution. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Provide high-level executive support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and general office operations.
Accounting Duties:
- Maintain financial records and assist with bookkeeping.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Coordinate with external accountants/auditors for financial reporting.
- Handle payroll processing and tax compliance.
General Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between senior management and various departments.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding and documentation.
- Handle any ad-hoc duties as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. (Preferably M.Com / M.B.A (Fin))
· Minimum 5 years of experience in executive assistance, accounting, or payroll administration.
· Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) / Tally / Accounting Software
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle multitasking and work independently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
