Job Summary:
We are seeking a disciplined, responsible, and experienced ex-serviceman to oversee day-to-day factory administration operations and manage security protocols at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, a strong sense of responsibility, and structured work habits developed through military service.
Key Responsibilities:
Factory Administration:
- Monitor and supervise daily administrative functions within the factory premises.
- Coordinate with departments for housekeeping, logistics, maintenance, and facility management.
- Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies among floor-level staff and support teams.
- Maintain records and documentation for visitors, gate passes, material movement, and utilities.
Security Maintenance:
- Oversee the deployment and functioning of the security team.
- Conduct routine inspections of entry/exit points, CCTV, fire safety equipment, and perimeter security.
- Implement patrolling schedules, visitor management, and incident reporting mechanisms.
- Liaise with security agencies and manage shift rosters and discipline among guards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Retired personnel from Indian Army / Navy / Air Force / CAPF (e.g., CRPF, CISF, BSF).
- Age: Preferably below 55 years.
- Minimum 10+ years of service experience with exposure to administration or security duties.
- Basic knowledge of computer operation (email, MS Office preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
