Job Description and Role & responsibilities of Campus Admin
Location : Injambakkam, ECR
1. To handle all be the first point of contact and handle all matters for all walk-in, telephonic, email enquiries.
2. Effectively handle all internal & external communication - Emails must be answered in consent and direction of the Heads & Coordinators.
3. Maintain the Inward register of all urgent and government letters
4. Maintain confidentiality and protect data Must exercise discretion of all data especially the HR and Government related information. The staff must ensure that the data is well protected and is not accessed by anyone other than the approved Heads.
5. To file the necessary correspondences regularly and correctly
6. Provide staff support by adhering to SOPs
7. Make available materials requested for student
8. Address queries, concerns and communicate effectively with parents
Salary is subject to their experience - negotiable for the suitable candidates
