We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Operations Intern to join our dynamic operation team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the planning and execution of various events, providing valuable insights into the events industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning Support: Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, vendor management, and scheduling
- On-site Assistance: Help with on-site event setup, registration, and attendee management during events.
- Administrative Tasks: Support the team with administrative tasks such as maintaining databases, preparing materials, and managing correspondence.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with event management software is a plus.
