Event-Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, client conferences, and trading seminars etc.
- Liaise with vendors (venues, catering, technical support, AV teams, etc.) to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Handle client invitation lists, RSVPs, event registrations, and confirmations.
- Prepare engaging PowerPoint presentations and support content materials for client sessions and seminars.
- Ensure proper setup of event venues, including branding, technical equipment, seating arrangements, and hospitality.
- Be on-site during events to handle real-time issues and ensure seamless execution.
- Coordinate with the marketing and research teams to align event messaging with the company’s brand and market positioning.
- Maintain clear documentation of vendors, timelines, budgets, and other operational aspects.
- Excellent communication, vendor management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong command over MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and email tools.
- Ability to think on your feet, troubleshoots on the go, and manages multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a high sense of responsibility and organizational skills.
- Should have knowledge of social media and technology, strong public speaking skills, and a good understanding of the subject matter.
