- Assist in ERP software setup, training, and support at client factories
- Understand client’s business processes and help digitize them using ERP
- Conduct user training sessions and provide handholding support
- Coordinate with internal technical team to report issues or feature requests
- Prepare documentation, basic reports, and implementation checklists
- Regularly visit client sites (within city or nearby areas) for follow-ups and support
