Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Connecting with the clients and resolving their queries on desk etc.
- Resolv tickets generated by the clients for their technical requests and problems to maintain the productivity.
- Helps in designing and implementing successful software implementation.
- Keep tracking the user tickets and resolutions.
- Coordinate with the Development team incase of any new feature is required.
Skills Required :-
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have problem solving and process improving mindset.
- Have basic knowledge of programming skills.
- Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
