- Make outbound calls to potential students/leads to promote educational courses or services.
- Counsel students and parents about course details, admission procedures, and career prospects.
- Convert leads into admissions through persuasive communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain a strong follow-up system to maximize conversions.
- Address student queries via calls, emails, or chat and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and conversion updates in CRM systems.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and report performance to team leads.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
