Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) Sparking Operator with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in tool room or precision component manufacturing. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up EDM Sparking machines (Conventional/Die-sinking).
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Maintain electrode wear and spark gap as per job requirement.
- Ensure quality and surface finish as per standards.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and keep work area clean.
- Coordinate with QC and production teams for timely delivery.
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die / Mechanical or relevant field.
- 1 to 3 years of EDM Sparking experience (preferably in mould/tool making).
- Basic knowledge of machine parameters and electrodes.
- Willing to work in shifts (if required)
