Key Responsibilities:
- Upload and manage products on e-commerce platforms
- Ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and up-to-date
- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Use data insights to optimize product listings, marketing campaigns, and sales strategies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely stock replenishment and order fulfillment.
- Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce
- Experience : 1 to 3 years
