Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Manage CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and handle confidential correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Track action items, follow up on deadlines, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Support CEO in strategic initiatives, business reviews, and project coordination.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Draft and review official communications, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / EA to C-level leadership.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time under pressure.
- High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and adaptability.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
