- Administrative Support
- Assist in managing the Director’s calendar and appointments.
- Draft and type emails, letters, and simple reports.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Coordination
- Support in coordinating meetings with internal teams.
- Assist in preparing agendas, presentations, and minutes of meetings.
- Handle phone calls and messages politely and professionally.
- Task Follow-up
- Maintain a to-do list of tasks assigned by the Director.
- Follow up with different departments for pending work status.
- Learning & Development
- Gain exposure to business operations by shadowing the Director.
- Learn corporate communication, business reporting, and coordination skills.
Skills & Competencies (for Fresher):
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Organized, disciplined, and eager to learn.
- Professional attitude and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Graduate (BBA/ B.Com/ BA/ Any discipline).
- 0–1 year of experience (Freshers can apply)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
