Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Shopify, etc.).
- Handle catalog creation, product descriptions, pricing, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with marketplaces for promotions, campaigns, and deals.
- Monitor order processing, dispatches, returns, and customer queries.
- Analyze sales reports and provide insights for growth strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for ads, SEO, and product visibility.
- Ensure timely updates of stock and maintain accurate product details.
Key Skills Required:
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms & marketplace portals.
- Good understanding of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of SEO & digital marketing will be an advantage.
- Strong communication & coordination skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving attitude.
