Key Responsibilities
Product Listings & Content Management
Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, and the company’s website.
Ensure accurate product descriptions, titles, images, keywords, and pricing.
Regularly update inventory and product information to avoid stockouts or discrepancies.
Catalog & Inventory Management
Monitor stock levels across all platforms.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Handle new product launches across platforms.
Sales & Performance Monitoring
Track daily/weekly sales performance and generate reports.
Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends.
Execute pricing strategies, discounts, and offers to maximize revenue.
Marketing & Promotions
Plan and manage campaigns, deals, ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.).
Optimize SEO for product pages to improve visibility and rankings.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team for traffic generation to the website.
Customer Support & Reviews Management
Address customer queries and coordinate with support teams for resolution.
Monitor customer feedback/reviews and take steps for improvement.
Reporting & Analysis
Maintain weekly/monthly sales reports.
Analyze platform-wise performance and suggest improvements.
Provide insights for scaling business across platforms.
Key Skills & Requirements
Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart).
Strong knowledge of product listing optimization, SEO, and keyword research.
Hands-on experience with AMS (Amazon Marketing Services), Flipkart Ads, etc.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
Good communication & coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask.
