We're looking to hire a immediate joiner for the role of e-Commerce Operations Assistant in our e-commerce operations team!

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage daily orders across platforms like Shopify, Myntra, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, Ajio, etc.
Monitor and update stock levels to avoid out-of-stock situations
Handle customer queries, returns, exchanges & complaints — keeping satisfaction high
File claims for fraudulent returns & resolve order discrepancies
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics to ensure timely shipping & accurate deliveries
Maintain records for orders, inventory & customer communications

Requirements:

Minimum 1 years of experience in e-Commerce operations (fashion/lifestyle a plus!)
Hands-on with platforms like Shopify, Myntra, etc.
Solid communication (written & verbal)
Basic knowledge of inventory & fulfillment workflows
Female candidates preferred
