Duty Doctor
( Assistant Duty Doctor)

Job Summary:
The Assistant Duty Doctor is responsible for supporting patient care by monitoring, diagnosing, and treating patients under supervision. This role includes handling emergencies, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring proper medical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- :Monitor patients’ condition and respond to changes promptly.Assist in initial diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
- Attend to emergency cases and stabilize patients.
- Communicate with consultants and follow treatment instructions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Ensure timely documentation of all medical activities.
- Support ward rounds and assist in procedures if needed.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and infection control standards.
Qualifications: BHMS / BAMS / BSMSequivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.Registered with the Medical Council.
Experience - 0–2 years of experience (freshers may also apply depending on hospital policy).
Skills Required:
- Good clinical knowledge and patient-handling skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly.
- Basic computer knowledge for medical record entry.
Salary - Negotiable
