- Maintain, organize, and update company records, project files, and official documentation.
- Prepare and format letters, reports, agreements, and presentations as per organizational standards.
- Ensure secure filing and easy accessibility of both electronic and physical records.
- Track, log, and monitor document flow (inward and outward correspondence)..
- Assist different departments in collecting, reviewing, and submitting documentation.
- Respond to internal and external requests for information in a timely manner.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
