Document Filing Staff- Fresher/Experienced

Duties and Responsibilities
- Organize and file physical documents, records, and files in designated cabinets or storage systems.
- Sort, label, and categorize documents accurately for easy retrieval.
- Maintain a filing index or log for reference and tracking.
- Scan, upload, and archive digital copies of documents when required.
- Retrieve files or records upon request from authorized staff.
- Regularly check and ensure documents are filed in the correct location.
- Dispose of outdated or irrelevant documents following company policies.
- Assist in implementing and improving document management procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection practices at all times.
- Provide general administrative support to the department as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: SSLC / Plus Two or equivalent.
- Prior experience in document management or administrative support preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and scanning tools.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
