We are looking for a Document Controller to manage, organize, and maintain construction-related documentation for our projects and rental operations. The role involves handling contracts, rental agreements, invoices, compliance certificates, and client communications in a systematic manner, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and easy accessibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain all project and rental-related documents (both soft and hard copies).
- Ensure proper filing, labelling, and version control of agreements, invoices, and reports.
- Prepare and update rental agreements, purchase orders, and compliance documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, accounts) to track and record documentation.
- Maintain document registers for client contracts and project correspondence.
- Ensure timely retrieval of documents for audits, client requests, or management reviews.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field).
- Prior experience as a Document Controller/Administrator in construction or infrastructure industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
