Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Doctor specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, evaluating, and managing patients with physical disabilities, musculoskeletal conditions, neurological impairments, and chronic pain, with the goal of improving functional independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical evaluations and develop individualized rehabilitation plans for patients.
- Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal, neurological, and pain-related conditions.
- Prescribe and monitor physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and other rehabilitation interventions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, prosthetists, orthotists, and nurses to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Oversee the use of assistive devices, prosthetics, orthotics, and rehabilitation technologies.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families about rehabilitation goals, home care, and preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital/clinic policies and medical regulations.
- Participate in medical training, case discussions, and research activities related to rehabilitation medicine.
- Stay updated with advancements in PM&R and apply evidence-based practices.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- MBBS with MD/DNB/Diploma in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) from a recognized institute.
- Valid medical license/registration with Medical Council of India or relevant state council.
- Minimum [X years] of experience in rehabilitation medicine, neuro-rehabilitation, or musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
- Strong diagnostic, clinical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a focus on improving quality of life.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling cases of stroke rehabilitation, spinal cord injuries, cerebral palsy, amputations, sports injuries, and chronic pain management.
- Knowledge of advanced rehabilitation technologies and assistive devices.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Research and teaching experience in the field of PM&R will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
