- Operations Management
– Oversee daily EMS operations across the district, ensuring timely and quality emergency response.
- Team Leadership
– Manage and lead ambulance crews, call center staff, and field personnel within the district.
- Performance Monitoring
– Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response times, patient care quality, and vehicle availability.
- Resource Allocation
– Ensure optimal distribution of ambulances, medical supplies, and staff across all stations.
- Training & Development
– Facilitate training programs, skill upgrades, and compliance adherence for field staff.
- Stakeholder Coordination
– Liaise with government bodies, hospitals, and local authorities to ensure smooth EMS functioning.
- Quality Assurance
– Monitor service standards, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Incident & Complaint Handling
– Address patient or public complaints and manage critical incident resolution within the district.
- Reporting & Documentation
– Prepare operational reports, incident summaries, and submit them to higher management regularly.
- Safety & Compliance
– Ensure all EMS activities comply with regulatory norms and safety standards.
