Job Title: Dispatch Supervisor

Reports To: Operations Manager / Plant Head
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Dispatch Executive cum Head to manage and oversee all dispatch operations. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, managing dispatch schedules, handling logistics, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule dispatches based on order requirements.
- Supervise dispatch team and manage daily dispatch activities.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and transport teams.
- Prepare dispatch documentation (challans, invoices, transport slips, etc.).
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Maintain records of all dispatched goods.
- Handle any issues related to transportation or delivery.
- Ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency in all dispatch operations.
- Monitor inventory levels in coordination with the store/warehouse team.
- Train and guide junior dispatch staff.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in dispatch/logistics.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of dispatch documentation and transport processes.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,207.47 - ₹30,237.80 per month
