We are looking for a Dispatcher who can manage outgoing goods, prepare dispatch challans, and coordinate with transporters and customers. The candidate should be comfortable using basic computer systems or ERP software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare dispatch challans and delivery notes
- Coordinate with the accounts and production teams for timely dispatch
- Arrange transport and communicate with drivers or transport companies
- Maintain daily dispatch records and update ERP/software
- Ensure correct quantity, shade, and lot details before dispatch
- Assist in handling customer dispatch queries
Requirements:
- Experience in dispatch work or warehouse operations
- Basic knowledge of challans and transport documentation
- Comfortable using ERP or computer systems
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- Prior experience in textile or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Minimum education: 12th pass or above
Working Hours: 9:00am - 6:00 pm
