Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Manage social media presence and create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, blogs).
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking.
- Execute email marketing campaigns and manage subscriber lists.
- Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
- Collaborate with designers and content writers to create impactful creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Assist in online reputation management and customer engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1–3 years preferred) in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
