Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing and a strong passion for driving brand awareness and customer engagement. You will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- SEO/SEM: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor search engine rankings.
- Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow social media accounts, curate content, and analyze performance metrics.
- Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Email Marketing: Create and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
