Role Overview:
One of the UK based company is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in India. This role will be instrumental in executing our social media strategy for the Indian market, aligning with our overall global marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends in India, and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience. You will be responsible for building and nurturing our online presence, driving brand awareness, and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns across all digital platforms, including email, social media, SEO, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and content marketing.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Paid Advertising (PPC): Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media channels (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok Ads). This includes budget allocation, ad creative testing, and performance optimization to maximize ROI.
- Social Media Marketing: Create and curate content for social media platforms, manage social media calendars, monitor engagement, and run campaigns to build a strong online presence and community.
- Content Marketing: Assist in developing a content strategy, creating high-quality content (e.g., blog posts, articles, videos, infographics), and distributing it across various digital channels.
- Email Marketing: Design, write, and dispatch email marketing campaigns, manage the company's contact database, and analyze key metrics like open rates and click-through rates.
- Web Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor website traffic, analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide regular reports to management with data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, such as sales, design, and content creators, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals and brand messaging.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is often preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Basic knowledge of website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
