We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Madurai. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and social media strategies. You will play a key role in driving our digital marketing efforts, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & SEM Expertise
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
- Perform keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and backlink analysis using tools like Moz and SEMrush.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
- Develop and execute SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage retargeting and PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Utilize Google Tag Manager for tracking and analytics.
- Implement budget optimization and bidding strategies to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
Social Media & Content Marketing
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content and copywriting for campaigns, blogs, and social media posts.
- Manage influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns and automation using tools like Mailchimp and HubSpot.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Key Skills & Tools
- SEO & SEM: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush.
- Paid Advertising: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Retargeting, PPC, Google Tag Manager.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
