Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and others.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize for key metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROI, and conversions.

Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.

Perform keyword research to identify high-performing search terms.

Write compelling ad copy tailored to the target audience and platform.

Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms.

Generate weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Allocate budgets effectively across campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Monitor daily spend to ensure campaigns stay within budget limits.
Requirements
- Knowledge of PPC (Pay-Per-Click) strategies and SEM (Search Engine Marketing).
- Familiarity with audience targeting techniques (e.g., demographics, interests).
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Creative thinking to develop engaging ad content that resonates with audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience managing paid campaigns on search and social platforms.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Certifications in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory).
