Responsibilities
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage clients by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible manner
- Frequently attend inhouse educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team quality and quantity targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Min 1+ years of international calling experience
- Strong phone, verbal communication skills and active listening skills
- Familiarity with basic knowledge of Microsoft office
- Client focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-tasking, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Willing to work in rotational shifts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
