Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
Assist in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models.
Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
Support in building predictive models and conducting A/B testing.
Work with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver insights.
Use tools like Python, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pandas, etc., for algorithm development.
Interpret and communicate model outputs and business insights clearly.
Maintain documentation of experiments, models, and results.
Stay updated on the latest AI/ML research, tools, and trends.
Qualifications
Educational qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
Experience :
Mandatory Skills :
Strong programming skills in Python or R.
Familiarity with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
Understanding of supervised and unsupervised ML algorithms.
Knowledge of tools such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Basic understanding of SQL and data querying techniques.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Curious and self-motivated learner.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Good attention to detail and documentation.
Time management and task prioritization.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or ML Ops tools is a plus.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau).
Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or deep learning is a bonus.
