Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain healthcare-related data in company databases and Excel spreadsheets.
- Prepare, organize, and sort patient records, reports, and other data sets.
- Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Generate, clean, and format reports in Excel for internal and external use.
- Manage confidential patient and organizational data with high integrity.
- Communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) with team members and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather missing or additional information.
- Support administrative and clerical tasks related to data management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: Computer Applications, Healthcare, or related).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning, and reporting).
- Strong typing speed and accuracy.
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
