Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate Data Input: Entering data into databases, spreadsheets, or systems with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Data Verification: Checking and correcting data to ensure consistency and completeness.
- Transform raw data into structured, standardized formats suitable for analysis and reporting.
- Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information securely and adhering to privacy policies.
- Error Reporting: Identifying and reporting discrepancies or issues in data.
- Ensure timely data delivery.
- Communication: Collaborating with team members or supervisors to clarify data requirements.
Key Requirements:
- 2 to 5 year of experience in Data Entry
- Bachelor's degree in any stream or a related field
- Microsoft Office Suite: Strong command of applications like Excel (for spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables), Word, and potentially Access (for databases).
- Data Entry Software: Familiarity with various data entry software and tools, which can include custom company software, CRM platforms, or ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Male candidate preferred due to the nature of the shift.
