Dance Teacher Required Male / Female
Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Dance Teacher to join our school faculty. The ideal candidate will inspire students to express themselves through dance, develop their talents, and engage in performances, competitions, and cultural events.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging dance lessons for various age groups and skill levels.
Teach multiple dance styles
Choreograph dance routines for annual functions, school events, and interschool competitions.
Prepare students for examinations, performances, and external programs.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain discipline and ensure student safety during practice sessions.
Collaborate with other staff to organize cultural events and celebrations.
Maintain inventory of costumes, props, and sound equipment.
Encourage creativity, expression, and confidence in all students.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Dance, Performing Arts, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Dance Teacher or choreographer.
Proficiency in multiple dance forms.
Ability to work with children and teens in a school setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Patience, enthusiasm, and energy to engage young learners.
Ability to manage and motivate large groups during rehearsals and events.
