Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training modules on red team (penetration testing, ethical hacking) and blue team (defensive security, incident response) activities.
- Provide theoretical and practical guidance on cybersecurity frameworks, threat detection, risk assessment, and vulnerability management.
- Facilitate lab exercises and real-world simulations to reinforce training objectives.
- Evaluate trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay current with the latest cybersecurity threats, mitigation strategies, and best practices.
- Customize course content to meet client requirements or address specific security domains.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in cybersecurity, preferably involving both offensive (Red Team) and defensive (Blue Team) roles.
- CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) certification.
- Strong understanding of penetration testing, threat hunting, incident response, and security tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
- Strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
