Key Responsibilities
- Address and resolve customer queries professionally via phone and chat.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Adhere to company communication guidelines, procedures, and policies.
Job Details
- Salary: ₹26,000 - ₹30,000/month (CTC)
- Shift: 5 Days Working; Rotational Shifts with Rotational Weekly Offs.
- Work Mode: Work From Office (Udyog Vihar, Gurugram)
