Job description -Customer Support Representative (CSR)
Role & responsibilities:
Responsible for finding new business opportunities US virtual construction Industry, developing strategies to pursue them, and maintaining relationships. Should be able to handle clients & business accounts worth millions of dollars in construction projects. The primary focus is on delivering high-quality customer service, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions. This role requires proficiency in communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage customer concerns effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify opportunities: Find new markets, clients, and partnerships with our potential clients in the US High Tech Construction industry
· Develop strategies: Create plans to reach new opportunities and improve the business
· Build relationships: Maintain and develop relationships with clients and partners
- Customer service: Making outbound calls to clients to establish and nurture long-term relationships & Bring Business.
· Following Scripts: Adhere to established communication scripts for consistency and compliance with company policies and regulations.
· Skills and Abilities:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (US accent preferred).
o Be able to develop Relations with the Business team in your territory of US states.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
o Basic computer skills, including knowledge on other customer management tools.
o Good problem-solving skills
- Experience:
- Prior experience in the US calling process (customer support, sales, etc.) is a must advantage.
- Experience with handling outbound/inbound calls is mandatory.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience and resilience.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Traits:
· Ability to work on a night shift or flexible timings due to the nature of the US time zone.
- Familiarity with the US market, customer expectations, and communication styles & US Culture.
