- 0.6–3 years of experience in customer support / voice process
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Good problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or helpdesk platforms is a plus
- Flexible to work in shifts or rotational weekends
