Customer Support Executive (Work from Office)
Location: Bhubaneswar
Salary:
- Freshers: ₹14,500/month
- Experienced (1 year, male candidates): ₹16,500/month (Experience certificate required)
Work Schedule:
- 9-hour shifts (including breaks)
- 6 days/week (rotational shifts & weekly off)
- No cab facility
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries
- Provide accurate info on MakeMyTrip services
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain call quality
- Document interactions in the system
Requirements:
- Prior BPO experience required (experience proof mandatory for experienced candidates)

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
