- Maintain and update customer records including contact persons, phone numbers, and email IDs.
- Share dispatch details with customers promptly via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
- Ensure timely communication of “Paid” or “To-Pay” vehicle payment details for transparency.
- Track delivery status with transporters daily until material reaches the customer.
- Proactively follow up with customers to confirm receipt of goods and address any delivery concerns.
- Ensure materials are delivered in the right condition and as per customer orders.
- Address and resolve issues related to delays, damages, or incorrect deliveries in a professional manner.
- Collect and verify LR/Bilty and bills from transporters.
- Provide accurate and timely bills to the Accounts team on or before the scheduled date.
- Handle daily courier receiving, dispatch, tracking, and record-keeping.
- Maintain transporter register and prepare reports in the system.
- Maintain an organized filing system of invoices and logistics documents.
- Assist in establishing and managing contracts with carriers and transporters.
- Support miscellaneous tasks assigned by seniors and management.
- Manage subordinate staff responsibilities in their absence to ensure smooth operations.
