We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Regional Customer Support Executives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and the local regional language (Hindi or Bengali), and be comfortable handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/messages in English and the respective regional language.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure prompt and effective issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Provide support during product launches, campaigns, or local outreach activities.
- Understand regional customer behavior and relay insights to the operations team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
- Fluency in English and the regional language (Hindi for Lucknow/Jaipur, Bengali for Kolkata) is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, or similar platforms).
- Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or field operations is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
