Location: Thane Wagle Estate (combination of work from office plus Hybrid – Initial in-office 2 months training then hybrid model)

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via chat, email, and calls (inbound)
- Provide prompt and professional responses
- Update customer records accurately
- Ensure empathy and clarity in all interactions
Requirements:
- HSC / Any Graduate
- Excellent English (spoken & written)
- Freshers with strong English communication skills are welcome!
- OR minimum 1 year experience in BPO / International Voice/Inbound/Blended
- Willingness to work in rotational day shifts / 5 Days Working | Rotational Week Off
